The Expert on Historic Homes
Growing up in an old Spanish home circa 1927, I fell in love with historic properties and that evolved into my love of Real Estate. I loved the fact that my neighborhood in Old Torrance did not look like it was just another tract from the 1940’s through the 1970’s. Our homes were original and they didn’t all look alike, you didn’t know the layout of the neighbors house because it was the same as yours.
I bought my first property in 1986 and my first Historic Property in 1987. That was two houses on a lot in the Barton Hill Section of San Pedro. Front unit was a Mid Century Ranch from 1952 and the rear house was a Victorian from 1892.
After having the privilege of passing my Real Estate License Exam in 1988, I began specializing in my childhood neighborhood, Old Torrance. In the last 35 years have become the leading Real Estate Broker in the South Bay in regards to the sale of Historic and Vintage Properties. I have helped hundreds of clients buy or sell homes built between 1875 and 1940. I am proud to have vast knowledge of historic properties in the South Bay. I have been able to compile a list of expert craftsmen to help renovate and restore historic homes, know what needs to happen to up the value of a historic home, and know what to look for when purchasing a historic home.
At this point in my career, I want to share my mastery of historic homes. I want you to buy, sell, or renovate your historic home with confidence and community!
